Base: spiced tamarind infusion/ tropical citrus / coconut milk /matcha float

Short Description: A clarified tropical-spice cooler finished with a matcha float. It’s soft, bright, and gently grounding.
Inspiration: The overall theme of the drink was inspired by the song, Sanctuary by Utada Hikaru, famously featured in Kingdom Hearts II. I sought out to put together a (non-alcoholic) drink that evoked feelings of deep longing, safety, and emotional vulnerability. With this sense of ethereal nostalgia in mind, naming the drink after the song seemed like the right move to me.

Short Description: Lightly carbonated, with Chinese 5 Spice to add complexity to this fruit forward drink.
Inspiration:
Morning Dew (B)
Base: earl grey / caster sugar / oat / lemon / effervescence
Descriptors: delicate / floral / citrusy
Short Description: An elevated “tea lemonade”: soft, refreshing, and lightly sparkling.
Inspiration: This drink is directly inspired by the Arnold Palmer, only made in a more…understatedly elevated way. I say this, but like the Arnold Palmer, the drink had to remain straightforward in its execution, albeit with a slight air of sophistication and elegance.
